The 2026 season came to a spectacular close as the club came together for our End of Season Celebration, bringing players, coaches, volunteers, families and supporters together to celebrate everything that made the year so special.

The night was a chance to recognise the achievements and contributions of everyone across the club, while enjoying plenty of food, laughs, awards and celebrations as we reflected on another fantastic season of volleyball.

A major highlight of the evening was the End of Season Raffle, proudly supported by Melbourne Gold Company, with an incredible one ounce of gold donated as the major prize.

After the raffle draw, it was Hugh Selkirk who walked away as the lucky winner, taking home the one-ounce gold prize. In a special moment on the night, Michael Kukulka from Melbourne Gold Company was there in person to present Hugh with his prize.

The generous support of Melbourne Gold Company helped make the raffle a standout part of the celebration and provided an exciting opportunity for members of our volleyball community to get involved while supporting the club.

A huge congratulations to Hugh, and an enormous thank you to the Melbourne Gold Company for their generous contribution and for helping us finish the 2026 season on such a high.

Most importantly, the End of Season Celebration was a chance to acknowledge the people who make our club what it is. From our players and coaches to our volunteers, officials, families and supporters, the success of the season belongs to the entire club community.
