This competition is being designed to provide match play opportunities for High school aged kids in between the state league season and school competitions later in term 4. LTUVC is aiming to provide every resource imaginable to make is as simple as possible for athletes, parents and schools to be involved. 

We are looking to take care of coaches, referee's, equipment, uniforms, team composition, organisation and everything else in-between. 

We consistently hear "Dandenong is simply too far for my child to participate in volleyball" and "We'd love to have our child play, but their school doesn't have a team" or "they don't have a team to play with". This program is being designed to break down as many barriers to participation as possible. 

By taking care of everything, we are trying to make a simple product offering that allows parents and athletes to simply rock up, play, head home. Don't have to worry about anything else. 

We are also trying to provide some employment and development opportunities to our community through coaching, refereeing and administrating the competition. We routinely struggle to find coaches for state league teams with limited opportunities to develop them. By reducing the volunteer expectation and provide more opportunities to be involved in our sport, it's our hope that we can keep more people engaged.

This competition is being preceded by a 3-week training program at the end of Term 3. We are looking to provide a place for juniors to come have a hit, light training session with the same coaches involved in the competition and start to get to know everyone before competing.
