Please be advised that the club’s AGM will be held on October the 26^th both in person and via zoom. A location on campus is still TBC, but information regarding the physical location will be posted on socials and on our website on the events tab. Pizza will be provided for those in attendance.

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

• find out about La Trobe University Volleyball Club’s operations and finances
• ask questions about the operations and finances of La Trobe University Volleyball Club
• speak about any items on the agenda
• vote on any resolutions proposed.

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

• accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
• accept the annual report
• accept the annual financial statements
• elect directors.
